Q. What size am I?
A. Please use our conversion chart bellow. Please also keep in mind that conversions listed are APPROXIMATE - there is no universally accepted international conversion for shoe sizing. Our shoes are designed and marked in EUR-Women's & Men's sizing since our factory is located in Europe. We highly recommend to see the EURO size of an existing shoe label that you may have and then use the above charts to convert to U.S size.

Q. I have placed more than one order, what about?
A. You don't have to worry. All duplicate orders will void by our system within 24 hours.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Google Checkout and Money orders.
Q. I see on tittles, Petite Shoes, Small Shoes, XS shoes, Big Shoes, XL Shoes, XXL Shoes etc, Is it about sizing?, are they different?
A. All tittles and sizes do not refer to a different width, etc. All they are same, just select your size.
Q. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
A. You will receive an invoice with your package with return instructions on bottom. you dont need to contact us prior of sending the box back to us. Please include a note inside requesting the exchange or refund. Do not use original shoe box as the shipping box, we will refuse the package.
For exchanges: Once your return box is received and an exchange is being requested, will be processed and shipped back to you FREE of charge (domestic orders only) if items are available. For international orders, you can make a new order and we will include the exchange in new box and we will pay any extra charge for weight.
For refunds: Once your return box is received, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business day’s after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. All shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. If the refund is being requested for a Special Order or the order has been dispatched from one of our foreign locations, an extra charge of $10 will be deducted from every Shoe price to cover part of the foreign shipping cost. No excemptions.

A. The recipient of the package is responsible for all duties and taxes and brokerage fees. Duties and taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping fee we charge. Please check with your local agency for details on estimated fees.

Q. Why your prices shows a comma ($29,90), is it Dollars?
A. Yes, all prices shown are in U.S Dollar. Comma its just a default from our main European Software.
Q. Can you reserve a pair of shoes or boots for me until I can pay for it?
A. No, all of our merchandise is sold on a first come, first served basis. We cannot reserve the merchandise for you without payment. Even on orders placed on our website marked CK/MO are not processed until payment is received.

A. No, you can only order products from our website.
