If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 days from your purchase date to return it. In this case customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Before returning your order, you must contact our returns department within the time period specified via email or phone who will indicate the return process. Any return outside this time frame will be refused. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received, including its packaging. All documentation accompanying the merchandise and its accessories must also be included. The client will make sure correct packaging is used in order to ensure damage free transportation.
Once your return is received and our staff have verified that the item is in the same condition as sent, we will proceed to refund the amount paid for the item back to the original method of payment used by the client.
Please bear in mind; it may take up to 7 days for your return to be received by the warehouse. Your return will be processed within 72 hours of receipt. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
If the method of payment initially used to purchase was by credit card, depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund credit to appear on your account.
If the shipment has taken place, prepaid shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
