From where will my order ship?

We ship WORLDWIDE really fast from Miami, FL (U.S.).

What size am I?

Please use our shoe size conversion chart as a guide, keeping in mind that conversions are APPROXIMATE—there is no universally accepted international conversion for shoe sizing. Our factory is located in Europe, therefore our shoes are designed and marketed using European sizing. We suggest comparing the EUR size of a comfortable shoe you currently own prior to purchasing a pair of ours.

I have placed more than one order, what about?

You don't have to worry. All duplicate orders will void by our system within 24 hours.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I see on tittles, Petite Shoes, Small Shoes, XS shoes, Big Shoes, XL Shoes, XXL Shoes etc, Is it about sizing?, are they different?

All tittles and sizes do not refer to a different width, etc. All they are same, just select your size.

I want to return my purchase. What should I do?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 DAYS from the date of purchase to send the item(s) back for a refund:

It is necessary to accept your return. Otherwise, we will not be able to track down your return and, consequently, your refund will not be processed.


All the returns must include the original Andrés Machado red box. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received, including its packaging. All documentation accompanying the merchandise and its accessories must also be included. The client will make sure correct packaging is used in order to ensure damage-free transportation. All refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is received.


If you wish an exchange, you must please request for a refund and then, place a new order on our website.


As soon as we receive your package, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund to show up into your bank account. Please keep in mind that after 30 days, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable

Yes, all prices shown are in U.S Dollar. Comma its just a default from our main European Software.

Can you reserve a pair of shoes or boots for me until I can pay for it?

No, all of our merchandise is sold on a first come, first served basis. We cannot reserve the merchandise for you without payment. Even on orders placed on our website marked CK/MO are not processed until payment is received.

Can I place an order over the phone?
